Initial consultation, spatial analysis, concept development, mood boards, and preliminary layouts. We establish your aesthetic identity and creative direction.
STAGE 2: INTERIOR DESIGN
Detailed technical drawings, specifications, finishes and materials selection, bespoke joinery design, and contractor coordination. Full pricing transparency before construction begins.
Strategic Off-Ramp: After Stage 2, you own all deliverables and can pause, adjust scope, or proceed independently.
STAGE 3: BUILD OVERSIGHT
On-site project management, contractor liaison, quality control, and design intent protection throughout construction. I troubleshoot challenges and keep the project on track.
STAGE 4: INTERIOR DECOR (FF&E)
Furniture, lighting, soft furnishings, art, and styling. I source everything, manage procurement, and oversee installation. My fee is built into the trade value I negotiate—I retain a portion of trade discounts and pass the savings to you.
