Because there is always a yin to every yang, the other trend we think we'll be seeing a lot more of is the classic killer combo of black and white. Especially in kitchens and bathrooms! This timeless pairing is super enduring because it can be integrated with any style. Boho, Grandmillenial, Contemporary, Rustic etc......you name it. To integrate it with most styles, we think a good tip is to make sure you don’t combine a very stark, flat all-white gloss with a flat, pitch black gloss finish, rather, layer surface finishes and textures. And, don’t be afraid to use nature and art to add pops of colour to add warmth and create depth.
Done right, designing with black and white can be soothing or, it can pack a dramatic punch to the senses but more than anything, it is a timelessly sustainable combo that will be forever elegant in our opinion!
